Shipping Policy

While we strive to deliver order at the earliest, our current average Lead Time for delivery is 7-8 working days. We request your patience and appreciate your understanding. 

Orders can be delayed/ returned to origin due to lockdown. Containment zones due to COVID situation will receive deliveries in up to 15 days. In certain cases, we might not be able to deliver in certain cities/ areas. Rest assured we are continuously working on this and strive to deliver your favorites at the earliest.

All our orders are being shipped via Delhivery/XpressBEES. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays or on any govt. Holidays. We do not guarantee any arrival date or time, though you can check the estimated delivery time under “Track Order” section on our website. This is because delivery is dependent on the courier partner and the client’s location.

 

Shipping Fee

• Standard shipping fee of Rs 50 INR applicable on all orders.
  
• Please note that in case you receive a product that you do not like/ would like to return, shipping fee will not be refunded.
