Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our Customer Support team on email (email@example.com) or WhatsApp (+91 7665109999) by 7:00 PM of the next day of placing the order (Ideally within 24 hours) quoting your order ID and request to cancel the order.
Such requests can be actively taken during our working hours - 11:00 AM to evening 7:00 PM. Incase you wish to place a request in non-working hours, please place the request via e-mail. Alternately you can leave a WhatsApp message with the below details:-
- Order Id
- Phone No
- Customer Name
- Order Date
- Order Value
All refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days from the day of receipt of such request.
Please Note : Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. In case it has been shipped, please address your request to our customer support team.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case cancellation is received within the stipulated time, the refund will be processed to the payment mode as desired within 3-7 working days.
What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as void even if you cancel the order.
